How can I be Best Salesman

 

Once a person asked me how I can be best salesman.

I replied

First Understand

 Sales  is a very Noble Profession. It is the only aspect of business which brings in money.

No business can survive unless you are able to Sell, Sell, Sell but question is how well do you sell.

First and most important thing to become a better Salesman is to develop right mindset and attitude.

Then

Understand your product and have information as to why your product is better than others. Believe in your product from the core of your heart. Be expert in your product and your industry. There are some tricks of every trade and find out what they are for your industry and make use of them to your advantage.

Remember people trust experts and seek them.

People want to do business with Experts.

Build digital assets and be present on social media. Do Blogging and write extensively about your product and industry. It will establish you as an expert. An expert Salesman is a winning combination.

And Understand your Target Audience.

Create a customer persona based on the basis of both demographics and psychographics and target your sales efforts on them.

I f you want to be best salesman “Be a Life Long Learner.”

One of the important concept to remember for a budding salesman is that salesmen are not but they are made. Sales is a learnable skill.

If you want to be best salesman learn to handle rejections. If you are a salesman and cannot handle rejections then you are in a wrong profession. Rejection is never personal.

Salesman should understand that whether it is B2B,B2C or B2G, he is dealing with human on the other side of the table. It is therefore always be human to human and human being is very complex.
